Well, luckily, it appears that Rudolph is more than game to take on the role once again. Entertainment Weekly got the interview of the year when they were already recording a panel with Rudolph as a guest when the news re: Harris broke. Her immediate reaction to the news was a simple, “That’s spicy,” but when her interviewer asked if she’d make it back to SNL to continue her take on Harris, she said, “I love going to the show any excuse I can get… Ever since I was a kid, truly, I wanted to be on any kind of SCTV, Saturday Night Live, and I can’t believe that I got to work there. I can’t believe that it’s my family still, and I’m so thrilled that I got to go back. It’s my favorite place to play.” So, its sounds like Rudolph will be back for sure to portray the lawmaker.
